One of the highlights was receiving daily room service and clean towels, which we really appreciated. However, I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5 due to an issue on our last night. Around 9 PM, the air conditioning went out, and it became extremely hot and humid. I reached out to VK, but unfortunately didn’t receive a response until the next day. I also checked with the front desk, but it felt like no one was particularly concerned or proactive in resolving the issue. No one followed up or offered any form of assistance or compensation, which was disappointing given the circumstances. The next day when they freshened up room, they again did not replace wash cloths, so we just used the hand towels instead when we showered. And lastly, the front desk deactivated the room cards about 2 hours before check out.
