Public BestBuy US product reviews capture how shoppers describe quality, defects, setup friction, and whether they would buy again. This Data App turns the public review area of one BestBuy US product page into a consistent set of records covering review titles, body text, star ratings, reviewer names, media, SKU identifiers, and posted times.

The result is built for repeatable reputation analysis instead of scrolling review pages. Each review keeps its original wording and stays linked to the product page and SKU, so praise and complaints can be compared across products and collection runs with the same fields.

Data notes

The data covers publicly visible BestBuy US product reviews for the supplied product page URL at collection time. Each normal record is identified by its Comment ID, which removes duplicates across collected pages. Deleted, restricted, and non-public reviews are outside the coverage. BestBuy Canada and other country sites are not covered.

Rating, reviewer details, image lists, and product identifiers are snapshots and may change after collection. Comment type, Site code, and Platform code retain source codes. Posted at and Collected at preserve the source timestamps without inferring a timezone. Source item and No data retain the collection outcome when a product has no public review result. Image URLs and Video URLs are stored as source text, often a JSON list of links.

Each normal record represents one publicly visible product review of the selected BestBuy US product.
